A project to develop experimental research infrastructure for ecosystems (AnaEE-France) has been selected as part of the French government’s Investissements d’Avenir programme. The AnaEE-France project covers 11 research entities spread across France (mainly CNRS and INRA). These entities comprise 25 experimental sites and analytical or modelling platforms. This Investments for the Future Programme is funded for 10 years. It was launched on 14 February 2013. In Montpellier, this project co-financed the construction of the Mesocosmes platform. <\/p>\n

AnaEE (Analysis and Experimentation for Ecosystems) is a European programme aimed at building a distributed experimental infrastructure to study and predict the functioning of ecosystems in changing environments.
