GOALS
Study the performance of aphids (i.e. their ability to multiply) subjected to multiple environmental stresses: a viral infection (CaMV) and two abiotic stresses, either isolated or in combination (high CO₂ concentration and drought) in controlled environments.
Perform isotopic labelling, in pulses, in several microcosm chambers simultaneously, in order to quantify the carbon ingested by aphids and use it as a proxy for the feeding behaviour of insects.
